Old Boat
Components of barges and dredges, forgotten and wrecked boats, paved boats are the “woods” of Soroga, a unity of works that the painter still works on today. He refers to the verses of Seferis (but what our souls are looking for when traveling on devastated woods from harbor to harbor) or Kalvos (and weeping with love and vocals of musical woods) poets of these woods, which made up boats, boats on a deserted beach that declare a presence, a boat that once traveled, and now stands alone on the beach.
