“If in these basic artistic virtues, if in the dismemberment of the artistic combinations and inquiries of the artist that reveals his origins, his education and his experiences, if by the magic of Christos Kara paintings, paint adds the extraordinary human being of a truly courteous, kind and generous soul, a true spirit and art spirit as we all experience here, every day in Hydra, then we will come to the writing of the most original biography of this great creator,” says the director of the Historical Archives-Museum of Hydra Mr. Dina Adamopoulou.

"Kara draws realistically what is not real, and in order to underline this paradoxology, this mocking absurd, he treats it with purely documentary means, once again turning our mental perception into the "different" and "over consciousness. Recent work reveals a composition with full consciousness of the creative path already on its way. " Source: cityportal.gr
