The same monumentality of the theatrical forms of Vlassis characterizes the volumes of his sculptures, which are always distinguished by a direct dimension of motion. Its multilevel and often sharp “ancient Greek” bronze sculptures, its biomorphic figures, the Olympic sports, the geometric expansions of the tubular forms and the explosive erotic female bodies – all have been previously designed on paper and are dominated by the sense of motion frozen in time .
