Exclusive material of his work was metal (tin, pencil, copper, iron, steel). The human body, usually female, was originally the main subject. Gradually his works became more stylized, with emphasis on geometric structures. The “screw” sculptures of the 1970’s summarizes him work until then. They are usually of large dimensions and are combinations of flat or curved surfaces, pure in shape but dynamic in motion. Their featured painted iron (black, red or white).

From the lying or seated female figures of the first period, when next to the famous sculptor Henri Laurent, from which he took the "ring" of the continuator of modern sculpture, he abandoned the traditional sculpture until the "Acrobats" pointing to the region of the instrumental world and the "Last Acrobat", in the early 60s, with indirect references to the female body, to the "screwed" sculptures that allowed him to explore the relationship between space, matter and light and the stripping of the form from everything and those geometries which stimulate the sense of movement. He consistently served a path towards ever more complete simplicity. "I use it as a material," he said, "especially iron, hard, heavy and harder to work on. At the same time, I try to remove his raw weight and give him another movement. " Source: greekmetalart.blogspot.gr
