KAY DAUGHDRILL, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAN SPORTS ACADEMY When I first encountered the art of Mina Papatheodorou-Valirakis sports, I immediately spotted her ability to generate feelings and to create a sense of movement with every painting. Reflecting on its unending energy and intense personality. Each of Mina's artistic creations captures much more than the viewer can see: they echoe the feelings and experiences of a life that has been experienced to its fullest. Their extreme joy for life is brilliantly attributed through explosive colors, introducing us to the rivalry of a sport. I admire the beauty, the excitement and the explosive energy of all her works. She is a painter with an inexhaustible passion! Source: http://www.minapapatheodorou.gr
