I like that painting that has all the characteristics of visualized reflection and which looks like an axiom philosophical yet so obvious that no proof is needed. A painting enigmatic in its construction and innocent in its essence in such a way that it does not claim interpretation but only insight (that is, the element that is triggered by sight only to cancel it). A painting also having the explosion of gesture, the discipline of improvisation and the abstract beauty of a chord. Which does not represent anything beyond its native charm and that its depth is at the same time its surface. Which, finally, is perfect as the point where its formal self-sufficiency will not detract from its content. A painting that will obscure further that which can not withstand light and which will reveal colors that sleep hidden in the lining of the night. Silently and nicely! In conclusion, I am interested in the painting that is directed to the suspicious look to defend secret relationships, landscapes of the soul, the uneven places of the cusp, but claiming the sky and blooming.
