Having dropped out from the Athens University of Economics and Business, <strong>he studied up until 1958 at the Athens School of Fine Arts<\/strong> under Moralis and Papaloukas. As director of the Arts Department of the Hellenic Organisation of Handicraft from 1959 until 1961, <strong>he guided pot-makers in Greek islands towards modern productive pathways<\/strong>, always though having the aesthetic quality as his main criterion. He was one of the leading members of \u201cOmada Technis A [Art Group A\u201d]. In 1974 he became a member of the \u201cGroup for the Communication and the Education for Art\u201d. <strong>He has had individual exhibitions, always expressing something \u201cnew\u201d with his material, while he has taken part in many collective exhibitions both in Greece and abroad.<\/strong> In 1976 he was appointed professor at the Athens School of Fine Arts. <strong>Together with painting, Kokkinidis has studied and worked in the morphology of objects that are meant to be used<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/w1BeE4fIGk4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;CV&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Kokkinidis Dimosthenis &nbsp; Kokkinidis Dimosthenis was born in Piraeus in 1929.
