GREECE ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipments within Attica and the rest of Greece (mainland and island destinations) are delivered within 7-10 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery costs are set to the amount of 7.00 Euros.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not wish to pay through Pay Pal, credit\/debit card or bank account, you can pay by Cash on Delivery (i.e. pay the full purchase amount to the courier upon the package\u2019s delivery). The Cash on Delivery service is charged by the courier company for 2.00 euros per shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also collect your order free of delivery costs, from our physical store at 2, Vas. Alexandrou Av. and Michalakopoulou Str. (Hilton area), ground floor, Athens 11634, Greece, during opening hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Purchases over 130.00 euros are free of delivery costs, regardless the method of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All international orders are shipped with ELTA COURIER, according to the special conditions, charges and agreements in effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Cash on Delivery service is not available on international orders. <\/span><\/p>\n

Non-EU customers may be subject to additional costs, according to the applicable exchange rates, customs clearances and import duties, restrictions and other local demands for which the Company bears no responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Company guarantees the quality, completeness and validity of the information shared on its website, as well as the accuracy of the products\u2019 material features and the services provided by the Company through its e-shop. In the context of good faith, the Company bears no liability for any misprints or technical mistakes, which may have occurred unwittingly or due to technical problems affecting the website\u2019s smooth operation due to force majeure.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Company insures all items dealt through its website, from the moment of purchase until the moment of delivery to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case the delivery falls through due to the courier\u2019s fault, the Company could arrange a new delivery within 7-10 business days, free of extra charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

All items displayed on the \u2018Ikastikos Kiklos Sianti\u201d website are delivered in a special, secured packaging to ensure its excellent condition. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages done to the packaging during delivery. The Company bears no liability for any failure of delivery due to force majeure. The Company is only responsible in cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence concerning the delayed delivery of goods, as well as the information and services provided through its website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Items are shipped and delivered to the address indicated by the customer and it is the customer\u2019s responsibility to provide correct and accurate address information. The Company bears no liability for any delivery failures due to false or incorrect address information.
